01 Is the building open yet? Ferris is under construction at 1 W Monroe. Founder members get access as floors come online. Applying and attending a Ferris Preview Day is the fastest way to see it in person.
02 How do I apply for membership? Through the Founder Interest Application. It takes about five minutes, and every application is read by a person, usually within two weeks. Approved applicants will receive an invitation to a Ferris Preview Day.
03 Can I tour before I apply? No. We run monthly Ferris Preview Day(s) for exactly this - interest application required.
04 Do you offer day passes or drop-in access? No. Ferris is membership-only, by application. There's no day-pass or drop-in tier or hybrid tier.
05 How much does membership cost? Pricing is currently a flat $500 per member per month while the building is under construction. Membership is by application and all individuals on your team who are working out of Ferris are required to complete the main application. As a members club, your first 90 days you are a provisional member.
06 I'm not a founder. Can I still get involved? Yes. We offer events that are open to the public.
